Our electrostatic ovens are available in several sizes, with the largest batch oven measuring 117”L x 66”W x 60”H. The largest automatic oven can handle parts up to 42”W x 60”H, and the longest continuous part we can process is 96” in length. For batch parts, we can manage lengths up to 240”, depending on the weight.

We also have fluid bed ovens, with the largest oven opening measuring 24”W x 24”H, and our largest tank is 96” x 12” x 24”. Additionally, our burn-off oven is sized at 60”W x 72”H x 64”L.

These ovens, along with our automated systems, provide flexibility to accommodate a variety of metal products, including steel and aluminum.
